Why "In the Basement"?
I always seem to get stuck in my basement. When I was fifteen, I moved into our basement. When my family and I moved to Tennessee, there I was in the basement. But, it's not as terrible as I make it out to be. I've done some of my best work in my basements. For example, all of my music gets recorded down there. All of the artwork or websites I create all started there. It's not all bad to start at the bottom. After all, you don't have far to fall when you're already close to the ground.
Podcast Music and Bumpers
One thing I'm really good at as far as music, is coming up with lots of different tune ideas. Sometimes they don't make it into my full length songs. They just kind of sit around waiting to be completed. Well, I decided to take those little bits of music that never get finished, and publish them as intros and bumpers. You know, those little clips of music before or between segments on a podcast or radio show. So that's what I've been doing! And most of them I'm offering for free! Custom Soundtracks of Your Songs
Yes! YOUR songs. When I was about fourteen, I started teaching myself how to play the piano and drums. I've been in a band, I was a member of about five different Praise and Worship teams and put on a lot of live concerts over the years. So I've learned a thing or two about creating my own, custom music. In fact all the music you will hear on this site was composed, played, recorded and mixed my me using my keyboards, computer and music recording software. If you are a singer, or someone who needs soundtracks of your own music, I can help make that music come to life for you. Basically, my soundtracks are light rock, pop or contemporary using piano, drums, precussion, bass, guitar and sometimes strings, horns, synth sounds and whatever else goes! Concerts, Praise and Worship
My concert consists of a one one-hour set or two half-hour sets of original and cover music. Some cover songs may include popular praise and worship, contemporary hits or traditional hymns. I share encouraging stories and testimonies during my set. Praise and worship is one of my favorite things to take part in and share with a congregation. With my praise and worship set, time and song selection is more flexible. I can do anything from a fifteen or twenty minute set, to an hour or more of worshipping. I have over one hundred and fifty songs in our repertoire and are willing to take requests and learn new songs for a Praise and Worship occasion.
