I graduated from Pellissippi State Community College with a degree in Computer Programming, achieving a solid GPA of 3.4. Throughout my studies, I successfully completed various courses such as Programming I & II (Java), Web/Internet Software Development (JavaScript, jQuery, PHP, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, Less), Advanced Database and Programming, Data Management Systems (SQL), Systems Analysis and Design, and Applied Systems Development.
Upon graduating, I embarked on my inaugural position in the field at Moxley Carmichael (now MoxCar Communications), a prominent PR firm based in Knoxville, TN. This opportunity provided me with an invaluable hands-on experience in various facets of Web Development, including PHP, Wordpress, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
With 32 years of professional experience, my time at Moxley Carmichael allowed me to successfully handle multiple clients and efficiently manage my tasks. Beyond being hired for my skills in Graphic Design, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator, I made valuable contributions across various departments. I have since relocated to Manhattan, New York, where I continue to pursue my career.
In addition to my core expertise, I have also garnered proficiency in various other domains. For 16 years, I honed my product photography skills at Jewelry Television. I have also ventured into logo design, 3D modeling, and animation during my tenure at Illusioneering Inc. As a Mechanical Artist at Publishers Clearing House, I further expanded my skill set. On a personal front, I am passionate about singing, songwriting, and playing musical instruments such as the piano, acoustic guitar, and ukulele. Additionally, I possess knowledge and experience in the realm of audio recording.
